These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and fastwin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or placing any wager through the fastwin platform — including via any mobile browser or web application — you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the fastwin platform and close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms apply to all services offered by fastwin, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), crash games (including Aviator by Spribe), slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other certified providers, as well as any promotional, loyalty, or bonus programmes offered from time to time.

Access to and use of the fastwin platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active account:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older. fastwin strictly prohibits access by any individual under the age of 18, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal recreational purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of fastwin or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from fastwin or had an account closed by fastwin for violations of these Terms.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activity under the laws applicable to your location. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.

fastwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in the temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account, along with the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of fastwin services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly in the event of any change.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the fastwin platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fastwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed across those accounts, and forfeit any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You agree to notify fastwin immediately at support@fastwin if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. fastwin will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• All account activity conducted through your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you report a breach to us.
• fastwin reserves the right to verify your identity at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, at withdrawal, or following any account activity that triggers our risk monitoring systems.
• During the KYC verification process, you may be required to submit a selfie alongside your NID card, a recent utility bill, or a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad mobile account showing your registered mobile number.

Account registration at fastwin is free of charge. fastwin does not charge any fee for identity verification or KYC processing. Any third-party costs associated with providing documentation (e.g., document notarisation) are the responsibility of the player.

fastwin supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

Deposits: Deposits are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other supported providers as listed in the cashier section of your account. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad) and ৳1,000 for bank transfers. Deposits are credited to your fastwin account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. fastwin does not charge any processing fee on deposits.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) hour for KYC-verified accounts during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside of business hours will be queued and processed at the earliest opportunity on the next business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. fastwin reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering (AML) policy.
• If a bonus was applied to your account, you must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds will be permitted.
• fastwin reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of a security review, responsible gaming assessment, or compliance investigation.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, fastwin reserves the right to reclaim those funds in full, regardless of whether they have been partially or fully wagered.

fastwin offers a variety of bonus programmes and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

Welcome Bonus: New players who complete a valid registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal may be requested. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of registration and used within 30 days of being credited.

Ongoing Promotions: fastwin periodically offers reload bonuses, free spin promotions, enhanced cricket betting odds, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as Eid, BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Pohela Boishakh. • Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• fastwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or collusion.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, matched betting, or arbitrage strategies — will have their bonus privileges revoked and may face account suspension.

fastwin maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform, compromises the security of other players, or constitutes a breach of applicable law. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fastwin platform:

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank cards) to fund your account.
• Money laundering: Use of the fastwin platform to process, conceal, or transfer proceeds of criminal activity in any form.
• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register an account if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting a minor in doing so.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or betting market on the platform.
• Use of automated software: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider for funds that have been legitimately deposited and used on the platform.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly benefiting from a software bug, display error, or miscalculated odds, and failing to report it to fastwin support immediately.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications toward fastwin staff or other players via any channel.

Where fastwin determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account, void all open and settled bets, withhold or seize the account balance, report the matter to relevant financial crime authorities, and pursue civil or criminal legal remedies as appropriate.

Either the player or fastwin may initiate the closure of a player account, subject to the conditions set out below.

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your fastwin account at any time by contacting our support team at support@fastwin. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Real-money balances remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Platform-initiated suspension or closure: fastwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms or any specific promotion terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity, other players, or fastwin's compliance obligations.
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 18.

Self-exclusion closure: Players who wish to close their account as a responsible gaming measure may request a self-exclusion of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or up to 5 years. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fastwin, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the fastwin platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes.
• Service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or server downtime that result in a lost bet or delayed transaction.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, banks) including delays, errors, or refusals of transactions.
• Reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or promotional material published on the platform that contained an error, whether typographical or otherwise.

fastwin provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and accurate game data, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any service on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit fastwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.
